We are closely following Government advice, particularly in relation to the introduction of local restrictions named 'local COVID alert levels' which have been introduced in response to recent spikes in the spread of Covid-19.

The policies and procedures we have in place, detailed below, ensure that face to face medical appointments can continue to be conducted safely however if you do not feel comfortable attending your appointment or have any concerns you would like to discuss then please contact our team.

Please tell us as soon as possible if:

• You would prefer an earlier, remote consultation by video-chat.

• You are unable to attend your appointment and would like to re-arrange this for a more convenient time.
